It's essential to be aware of the safest neighborhoods to visit in Indianapolis. With crime rates decreasing in the state, Indiana citizens are feeling more secure than ever. However, it's still important to be proactive about home security and know which areas are the safest. According to our most recent survey on the state of security, the level of concern among Indianans about safety is lower than the national average (IN), 44%, compared to the fact that less than half of the Indianans surveyed felt safe in their state (44%), which is lower than the US average of 50%.
Indiana residents are also the third Americans most likely to believe that crime is increasing (80% compared to the average American; Indianans were more likely to have an emergency kit (45% in the U.
